At Miles Smart Tutoring, we believe that every student is unique and has their own perspective of grasping concepts. After carefully analyzing each individual’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning needs, we assign them the most suitable tutor at their preferred time slot. This approach makes us flexible as well as personalized and is continuously driving great results for our students.

This varies from individual to individual - some of our students find in-person tutoring to be more effective, but there are others who feel that online tutoring is more effective. Both forms of tutoring have some unique advantages of their own. For example, with online tutoring, there is no travel time and all sessions are recorded so you can go back and review anything you may have missed. Perry Miles, founder and CEO of Miles Smart Tutoring Inc. is a certified teacher in Florida. He has over a decade of personal tutoring experience outside of his own professional pursuits in entrepreneurship, journalism, and sports broadcasting. He ultimately left the industry because he wanted to help make a difference for students and aspiring young professionals.

Many of the tutors on our staff have engineering, medical, and educational backgrounds. We only hire 2 out of every 10 tutors we interview based on our highly selective process.

Tutoring is provided to students from K-8 all the way through to graduate school for most of the subjects, including Math, Science, English, Foreign Language, and more. We also provide tutoring for Test Preparation for many prestigious examinations like the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, GRE, GMAT, and much more. Our students have excelled in their careers to a great extent and have performed remarkably well in tests like the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, etc. or/and subject examinations like Math, Science, English, etc. Our average SAT score increase is 230 points, and our average ACT score increase is 5 composite points. We include parents in the tutoring process depending upon their preference. For example, if a parent requests daily/weekly updates, we will gladly adhere to this request. We provide updates for parents so that they better understand their child’s progress.

Our pricing is based off of surveys done in varying locations to pinpoint the average amount spent on tutoring services. We then take this information and place ourselves right in the middle. This allows us to provide elite level tutoring for the price of the average session in any given area. Our prices are dependent on the course material at hand, and are always as competitive as possible, while still being enough to provide our tutors with a comfortable wage.
